In a genuine meeting between East and West, Stüssy combines creative forces with Masafumi "Bebetan" Watanbe’s Bedwin & The Heartbreakers for a capsule collection for Autumn/Winter 2012 consisting of two distinct sub-collections entitled "Orchard Street" and "SoHo Nights." In working with

Stüssy on the collections, Bedwin was largely influenced by the art of Jean Michel Basquiat, and by International

Stüssy Tribe member Jules Gayton and his stories reflecting back on the spirit of New York’s then burgeoning Hip-Hop scene of the 1980's and early 90's. "Orchard Street" draws its influence from the daytime Downtown scene of Orchard Street while "SoHo Nights" brings Tokyo style to light with a great array of sophisticated and well cut pieces based on the Manhattan nightlife scene of 80s and 90s New York.
